I am an InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector CPI® and an InterNACHI® School graduate of the Home Inspector Certificate Program. All InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® are required to pass an Inspector Exam every three years, follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, and complete 24 hours of accredited Continuing Education courses each year to maintain their membership and certifications in good standing.
My name is Brad Donahue and I will be your InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector. I have over 25 years experience in the residential remodeling industry. I have experience working on both the exterior and interior of homes for the majority of my life. I also have extensive experience in Mold Remediation and Inspection. I would be honored to provide you and/or your clients with a high value and personable Home Inspection.
I am a MICRO Certified Mold Inspector and Certified Mold Remediation Contractor, although I no longer do any remediation work. You can be assured that you are receiving only unbiased observations and data on all of our performed inspections.
I am an InterNACHI Certified Radon Tester. Radon is the 2nd leading cause of Lung Cancer, after smoking in the United States. We will test your new home for Radon and advise you based on those results if any corrective action is recommended or necessary.
SEWER SCOPE DESCRIPTION
I am an InterNACHI Certified Sewer Scope Inspector.
I will provide you with a high quality video inspection of your lateral sewer line.
• A sewer scope is a video inspection of the lateral sewer line from the house at/near the foundation to the city / HOA tap or septic tank
• The purpose of a sewer scope is to discover and report defects that were visible in the lateral sewer line; the scope will typically also identify the material used as the lateral sewer line
