I grew up in a home improvement family business. We did exterior and interior remodeling. Everything from roofing, siding, windows, awnings, gutters and porches to kitchens and baths. I worked on both the office side and the labor side. I also have over 10 years experience in the mold remediation and inspection industry. When I was 30, I started an interior demolition company. We did subcontractor work for multiple kitchen and bath firms in the Metro Detroit area. We grew a reputation for our Precision Demolition, as we were extremely careful not to cause any damage to the client's home during the demolition process. During this time I gained invaluable experience regarding the inner workings of homes and reinforced the idea that you treat every home like it is your own. I now draw upon all of the experience I have gained and the lessons I have learned to give you the best Home Inspection possible.

I am a member of InterNACHI®, the world's leading organization of certified inspectors. I am a Certified Professional Inspector CPI®. I take 24 hours of Continuing Education every year to maintain my certification as a home inspector. I am certified in numerous other types of inspections.

I am a MICRO Certified Mold Inspector and Certified Mold Remediation Contractor, although I no longer do any remediation work. You can be assured that you are receiving only unbiased observations and data on all of our performed inspections.
